Today’s health industry is struggling to keep up with the “American lifestyle”. Embracing a lifestyle of good foods, healthy activities, mental health, and soul support could reverse some illnesses, prevent others, and lead to an ability to live to the fullest, even into retirement years.
Your health and wellness is your responsibility. Let me help you get there. I offer individual as well as small group training.
Bella Sudore is passionate about women's health! I offer individual workout sessions, or you and your friends can sweat together. My workouts use body weight as well as some resistance items (bands, kettle balls, hand weights, etc.). If you want to train for your first 5k, we'll start a run/walk program. We will keep an eye on issues in particular interest to women: weight loss, breast exams (and other women's issues), balance, flexibility, stretching, and more.
I will provide the equipment; you need to bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a towel as you WILL sweat! Please dress in snug workout clothes, wear a good bra, and athletic shoes. Also, please print and complete these forms prior to our first meeting or email me and I can get them to you via a private portal.
